Founder, President & Director

Omar A. Andrews

A public-diplomacy and grants professional with more than a decade of U.S. Government and public-sector experience. He spent nearly eight years supporting U.S. Embassy Santiago across grants, partnerships, exchanges, American Spaces, strategic communications, high-level visits, and the U.S.–Chile bicentennial campaign. At GEPI, he leads strategy, partnership development, proposal design, and overall program delivery.

Felipe Brito

A senior human-resources professional with regional experience across South America. His work spans organizational development, team leadership, talent strategy, and inclusive workplace initiatives. At GEPI, he supports institutional development, participant-centered program design, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

Treasurer, Secretary & Director

Hector “Tito” Rojo

An audiovisual producer and creative-program specialist experienced in translating complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences. At GEPI, he supports scenario design, multimedia production, participant engagement, and the delivery of immersive Crisis Lab and simulation-based learning.
